Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your rental more than 7 days before the scheduled pick up or delivery date, you will receive a refund minus the 25% deposit. 

2. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. 

3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the pickup or delivery date are non-refundable. 

4. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date, we offer a rain-check to use towards a future rental based on availability within 2 years from the original event date.

5. Once the item(s) have been received by the customer, the customer is no longer entitled to a refund or raincheck. 

6. If the equipment provided by AmazEvent Party Rentals UT does not function as expected, AmazEvent Party Rentals UT will inspect the equipment to determine the cause. If, upon inspection, it is determined that the equipment is faulty by no fault of the customer, the customer may then be given a full or partial refund.

7. If the customer does not follow the verbal or written safety and care guidelines given by AmazEvent Party Rentals UT and damage occurs as a result, the customer is responsible to pay for all damage incurred, plus labor costs for repair, replacement parts and any other related fees.

8. Severe Weather: If the forecasted chance of severe weather is 40% or higher, if rain, snow or hail is expected, if temperatures are expected to be below 45 degrees farenheit or if wind speeds or gusts are expected to exceed 15 MPH, we may need to cancel your rental for safety reasons. In this case, we will issue you a rain-check to use towards a future rental based on availability within 2 years from the original event date. No refunds will be issued.

9. We do not offer refunds for unused sale products or consumables. However, some exceptions may be made with a 25% restocking fee and owner approval.


Validity: Your rain-check is valid for two years from your original event date.

Usage: Use the rain-check amount towards any future rental and/or delivery fees within two years. The customer must email us to request a rain-check and we must confirm that we received it by providing an email reply back. No exceptions.

Restrictions: Rain-checks are non-transferable and can only be used by the original reservation holder.

Rescheduling: To reschedule your rental within the two-year rain-check period, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
